Overview
Brendan’s therapeutic approach is relational and grounded, built on the belief that each person already carries within them the tools they need to grow—sometimes they just need a guide to help gather and activate them. His work invites clients to explore how their past relationships and lived experiences shape the present, while also creating space to connect with their emotional world in the here and now. A core part of his approach involves exploring fairness and balance in relationships—how we give, receive, and carry burdens across generations—and how healing often begins when we name what's been carried too long.
Brendan works with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, infidelity, parenting struggles, family conflict, divorce, and life transitions. His goal is to support clients in building deeper understanding, stronger connections, and lasting change.
Outside the therapy room, Brendan is often found exploring the outdoors, seeking new adventures, or enjoying time with animals.
