Overview
Lexie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She brings an authentic presence to her sessions and encourages her clients to do the same. She views therapeutic work through an attachment lens, prioritizing connection and safety of the therapeutic relationship. She has experience working with individuals 4 years and older and has a particular passion for supporting those who are neurodivergent. As an autistic individual with ADHD herself, she offers a unique perspective through her own lived experience. When working with children, Lexie primarily incorporates Child-Centered Play Therapy techniques to help children and their families process emotions, work through changes, and heal from traumatic experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find Lexie spending time with her husband and 3 dogs.
