Overview
Holli is a warm and down-to-earth therapist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions, with a special interest in working with athletes coping with injury recovery, performance pressure, and the emotional challenges that can come with being sidelined from their sport.
Her approach is supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based. Holli strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly. Using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she helps clients build coping skills, confidence, and tools they can use both in and out of session. She believes therapy should feel personal, practical, and tailored to each individual.
Holli enjoys partnering with families when appropriate and values authenticity, connection, and a little humor in the therapy process. She is passionate about helping clients feel supported, resilient, and empowered.
