Overview
Tori is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s heavy chapters with a mix of radical compassion and practical strategy. She integrates the skill-building power of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with the values-based approach of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients find balance. Her practice focuses on supporting individuals working through anxiety, depression, and the complex, often non-linear process of healing from trauma, particularly religious trauma. We will honor your past experiences while untangling the beliefs that no longer serve you, allowing you to reclaim a sense of self that feels authentic. Tori is here to provide a grounded, supportive space where you can be your full, messy, and evolving self to build a life that is truly yours
