In Delani's therapeutic work, she frames things through a strengths-based and relational lens. This means that she prioritizes both empowerment and connection in her work with clients. She utilizes a blend of cognitive behavioral and experiential techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. Together, Delani works with clients to identify goals and explore helpful tools to create meaningful change. Her goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to share their authentic selves and experiences.

She is passionate about working with a variety of concerns, including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+, family and relational issues, and working with children and families impacted by foster care/adoption. She works with clients ages 8 and up.

Outside of therapy, Delani likes to spend time outdoors, stay active, and read. She also participates in a variety of creative hobbies, which she enjoys integrating into her work with clients if it suits their preferences.
