Ashley has experience working at community mental health agencies as an intake clinician helping adults with a variety of mental health disorders. She strives to help clients process their emotional and psychological distress by providing them with the tools to overcome obstacles. She offers ART(Accelerated Resolution Therapy), a powerful and unique tool for PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. Ashley is passionate about bringing healing to individuals who have been through stressful experiences, especially people with diverse backgrounds.  She helps her clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so that they can find peace and feel validated. Ashley believes that through mutual empathy and empowerment, clients can strive through therapy!
