Lauren is a Master’s Level Clinician with a passion for empowering individuals on their journey towards mental well-being. She strives to provide a safe environment in which clients feel supported. She combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based, solution focused, and client-centered approaches in order to recognize the unique capabilities of each individual and work collaboratively toward personal growth.

Lauren offers therapy services to individuals (ages 13 and older). She has experience working with people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. She also has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and is an LGBTQ+ ally.
